PAR MOJIH RECEPATA ZA OVO VRIJEME....GRIPE I PREHLADE

SEZONA JE GRIPAI PREHLADA I SA VAMA ZELIM PODJELITI NEKOLIKO MOJIH JEDNOSTAVNIH RECEPATA...

 

 Čajevi i sirupi pripremljeni od biljaka uz dodatak meda umnogome olakšavaju tegobe kada vas obuzmu prehlada ili kašalj. Probajte i vi, predlažemo Vam nekoliko recepata iz narodne apoteke.

Za ispiranje grla

Potrebno je: 25 g lista jagode, lista kupine, lista maline i lista ribizle i 2 dl vode.
Sve sastojke dobro izmješati, pa sipati u vodu i zagrijavati da se umlači. Procijediti i čajem ispirati grlo. 

Protiv kašlja

- Protiv dugotrajnog kašlja trebalo bi prsa obrisati suhom krpom, a potom utrljati svinjsku mast ili otopljeni maslac dok koža ne postane suha. Može se dodati malo ulja od bora. 
- Prokuhati sok od repe sa šećerom i medom. Pomaže u otklanjanju bola u grudima prouzrokovanog prehladom i kašljem. 
- U nepasterizovanom mlijeku prokuhati 10 sitno isjeckanih glavica crnog luka i jednu glavicu bijelog luka dok omekšaju. Dodati malo soka od nane i med. Piti po jednu supenu kašiku svaki sat tokom dana. 
- Pomiješajte sok od rotkve ili mrkve sa malo meda. Piti po jednu supenu kašiku šest puta dnevno. 
- U proljeće protiv kašlja je vrlo ljekovit sok od breze ili klena koji se pije sa mlijekom.

Za jačanje imuniteta
Potrebno je: 200 g sjemena lana, 100 g badema, 100 g lješnjaka, 100 g oraha, 1 kg livadskog meda.

Sjeme lana, bademe, lješnjake i orahe samljeti, pa pomiješati s medom. Uzimati po kašičicu nekoliko puta u toku dana.

Protiv prehlade
Potrebno je 50 g lista i 50 g korijena koprive, 2 dl vode.

Mješavinu korijena i lista koprive preliti vrelom vodom, poklopiti i kuhati.  Skinuti s vatre i ostaviti da se hladi četiri sata. Procijeđen čaj podgrijati i piti nezaslađen. U toku dana popiti dva litra čaja i pojesti 100 g sirove cikle. Ovaj čaj će koristiti i protiv alergijskog bronhitisa, ali ga treba piti dva mjeseca
